This website, and the accounts it links to, are run by iamfredperry B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42100151 (branch number 000066038693). iamfredperry B.V. provides business and technology consultancy (tech modernisation, process digitalisation and bespoke software) to clients in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Use Of This Site

The content on the public pages of this website is general information about our services. It is not a formal offer or contract. Any engagement for services is subject to a separate quote and, where it applies, a contract, as described below.

Your Account

Clients, prospective clients and the firms we work with may be given a password-protected account, where they can see and respond to quotes, contracts and invoices and view documents we share with them. Accounts are by invitation only. Each person we give access to has their own login, which is personal to them: please keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone has used your login without your permission. If your email address has access to more than one account, you choose which one to open when you sign in, and you can switch between them. Please tell us when someone should no longer have access, and we will remove it straight away. We keep a record of activity on each account, such as sign-ins and which quotes, contracts, invoices and documents each person has opened, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Documents In Your Account

We may share documents with your account, such as letters, statements or official papers. They are shared for the purpose we have agreed with you, for example bookkeeping and tax returns, and should be kept confidential and used only for that purpose. We may stop sharing a document at any time, after which it no longer appears in your account, so please download any copy you need to keep. Documents remain ours, or the property of whoever issued them.

Quotes, Acceptance And Contracts

Quotes issued in your account set out the scope, price and timing of a proposed engagement. Accepting a quote, by ticking the confirmation box and clicking “Accept quote”, is a binding acceptance of that quote’s terms, given electronically. Signing a contract in your account is binding in the same way. We treat this as we would a signed acceptance, consistent with Dutch law on electronic agreements (Article 6:227a of the Dutch Civil Code) and, where a client is based in the UK, the UK’s Electronic Communications Act 2000. To support this, we keep a record of the date and time of your response, the person who made it, the IP address and device it was made from, and the exact wording you agreed to.

Where a quote is marked as a fixed agreement, accepting it creates a fixed-term commitment that cannot be cancelled: the full value becomes payable across the agreed instalments once accepted, as stated on the quote. Any other terms for an engagement, including the term, payment schedule and (for fixed-term work) what happens if it ends early, are set out in full in the quote or the resulting contract, which take precedence over this page for that engagement.

Payments

Invoices in your account may include a payment link hosted by Revolut. Following that link takes you to Revolut’s own payment page. We do not see or store your card or bank details ourselves.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the iamfredperry_ name and branding, is the property of iamfredperry B.V. and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of work delivered as part of a specific engagement is set out in the relevant contract.

Liability

We take care to keep this site and your account accurate, available and secure, but we make no guarantees about completeness or uninterrupted availability, and we accept no liability for actions taken based on the public content of this site. Our liability for a specific engagement is governed by the terms of the quote or contract that applies.

Governing Law

These terms, and any use of this website or your account, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without affecting any mandatory local consumer protections that may apply to you. A specific contract may set out its own governing law, in which case that contract’s terms apply to that engagement.
