I'm Fred Perry, a business and tech consultant working through iamfredperry B.V., a registered Dutch company. I'm based in the Netherlands and work with companies in both the UK and the Netherlands.

My focus is practical: updating the tech a business runs on, digitalising the processes that are still manual, and building bespoke software where an off-the-shelf tool won't cut it. The goal is always the same — a business that runs on systems built around how it actually works, not the other way around.

Because it's just me, there's no handoff between whoever scopes the work and whoever actually delivers it — you get the same person from the first conversation through to launch. That keeps engagements simple, and keeps me accountable for the outcome, not just for ticking off a deliverable.

It also means I only take on work I can properly commit to. If a project isn't the right fit — whether that's timing, scope, or expertise — I'll say so rather than stretch myself thin across too many clients at once.
